Details of Participation
*The vacation package being offered is provided by Steele Hill Resorts, a timeshare plan. Everyone over the age of 21 is welcome to visit our preview center or resort sales office and purchase; however, in order to participate in this promotional offer, you and your spouse or cohabitating significant other (if applicable) must meet the requirements set forth in these Details of Participation. If you and your spouse or cohabitating significant other (if applicable) do not meet these requirements, you will not be eligible to receive any gifts and/or accommodations in connection with this offer. If you do not met these requirements, but you or your spouse or cohabitating significant other have received gifts and or accommodations, you will be charged the verifiable retail value for such gifts and or accommodations, plus all applicable taxes, less any payments made by you. I am, or at least one of us is, 25 years of age or older. I or We each (if married or cohabitating with a significant other) have a valid driver’s license or government-issue identification. I have, or at least one of us has, a valid personal debit card bearing a MasterCard or Visa logo or a valid personal credit card bearing a MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover Logo. I or We have a gross annual income of at least $40,000.00 and I understand that I or at least one of us (if married or cohabitating with a significant other), must be creditworthy as detailed below. If cohabitation with a significant other and combining income, I understand that proof of cohabitation through government-issued identifications showing legal identical home addresses is required. I agree that I (or we if married or cohabitating with significant other) must attend and complete an approximately two-hour Steele Hill Vacation Club sales presentation and tour on the benefits of timeshare ownership at Steele Hill Resorts. If married, or cohabitating, both individuals must attend and complete the timeshare sales presentation and tour together. Taxes on accommodations will apply and are my sole responsibility upon check out. If applicable, I understand that if I reschedule a vacation package reservation booked within 30 days of the vacation package purchase date, I will no longer be eligible to receive this reservation incentive. I understand that I or least one of us must: (i) have a minimum credit score as established by this offers sponsor (currently a FICO score of 575); or (ii) if FICO information is not readily available, meet Steele Hill’s internal financial risk underwriting requirements. I also understand that if I or if I had my cohabitating significant other or spouse, have filed bankruptcy protection or been adjudicated bankrupt or insolvent with in the past 7 years, I/We are not eligible for this offer. I understand that my and or my spouses or cohabitating significant other’s (if applicable) precise credit score(s) will only be verified through a hard inquiry upon my or our (if applicable) consent and decision to purchase a timeshare interest or product from Steele Hill Resorts. Steele Hill Resorts reserves the right to change these qualifications without notice. Attendance at an approximately two hour timeshare sales presentation and tour is required to be eligible for this promotion. If a purchaser purchases a Steele Hill Resorts timeshare upon completion of the sales presentation and tour, the purchase price of the Vacation Package will be credited toward the down payment of the Steele Hill timeshare plan selected. The timeshare sales presentation will be in English. By accepting this offer and to meet its eligibility requirements, you affirm that you (or we if married or cohabitating with a significant other) are conversant in the English Language and have read and understand these Details of Participation. A promotional gift may be offered with this promotion to be provided upon completion of the timeshare sales presentation and tour (or earlier if required by law). All reservations are made on a space-available basis and popular dates book quickly. Travel must be completed within 12 months of the issue date of the vacation package. Verified retail value of accommodations is a rate between $169.00 and $369 per night, based upon travel season, check-in dates, destination and vacation package offer, unless stated otherwise. Additional charges may apply during weekends, peak periods of and holiday stays. Verified retail value of promotional items offered is up to $750, unless stated otherwise. Steele Hill Vacations reserves the right to substitute promotional item(s) at equal or greater value. The promotional items provided at the point-of-sale on the purchase date is a one-time incentive and, therefore, does not increase if your vacation package is upgraded and/or changed to a vacation package that includes a point-of-sale promotional item of a higher retail value. Valid photo ID required. Restrictions apply and benefits are subject to change without notice. Pets are not permitted, and motorcycle and RV restrictions may apply. You may request and will receive documentation showing that the vacation package provided matches the vacation package selected by you. This offer is made on a space available basis and is non-transferable. One offer per household. No purchaser should rely on representations other than those included in these Details of Participation. Employees of Steele Hill Resorts and their immediate family members and persons under the age of 25 who do not have a spouse or cohabitating significant other who is over the age of 25 are ineligible for this offer. If you are a resident of a country other than the U.S., you may be ineligible for this promotion and it may be withheld in the sponsor’s sole discretion. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer. This promotion is offered throughout MA, NH, ME, VT and RI; However, it is void where prohibited by law and where state registration and or licensing requirements have not been met. You agree that names, email addresses and postal addresses obtained during this promotion may be used for the purpose of soliciting sales of timeshare periods and or discount vacation products and travel services. Steele Hill Resorts Vacation Club is a registered timeshare plan in NH. Obtain and read the all Statements before signing any documents in connection with the purchase of a timeshare interest. Timeshare interests may be offered at prices starting at $5000 and up, and vary depending upon resort, unit and week of purchase.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Participants in this promotion who do not meet the qualifications set forth in the above Details of Participation, including those who fail to attend the sales presentation, will not receive the promotional gifts described herein.
Reservations: Reservations for all vacation packages can be booked by calling our toll-free number 800.661.2243. Reservations for the vacation packages stated on this promotion can only be booked by our expert vacation specialists at 800.661.2243.
Late Cancellations/No-Show Policy: Because Steele Hill Vacation Club subsidizes the cost of this vacation package in order to offer it you at a discounted price, Steele Hill Resorts has instituted this Late Cancellation/No-Show Policy. Your scheduled check-in day may be modified at no charge only if the request is made AT LEAST FOURTEEN DAYS PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED CHECK-IN DATE. If your check-in date is modified less than fourteen (14) days prior to this check-in date, a $125 late Cancellation Fee will be required. Participants with reservations who fail to show up on their scheduled check-in date, will have a $200.00 No-Show Fee charged to their debit card or credit card (dependent upon the method of payment used to purchase the vacation package), and will forfeit any prepaid fees or deposits. By making a reservation in response to this promotion, you are agreeing to this policy.
